Refund Policy
Flavors offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on Premium upgrades. If you are not pleased with your Premium service for any reason within 90 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. After this refund is processed, your account will be downgraded back to a basic account.
While we do not require that you let us know why you are leaving, we are constantly striving to improve and appreciate your feedback! To receive a refund, please write to support @ flavors.me with your Transaction ID, username, and date of purchase, along with a brief note on why you wish to discontinue your Premium service.
Note that this policy does not apply to domain name registrations. Domains must be cancelled within four days of registration. Please consult our domain cancellation instructions for further details.
