How do I cancel the domain I purchased through Flavors?

Domain Registration Cancellation

If you purchased your domain through Flavors and no longer wish to own the domain for any purpose, please contact us within four days of purchase for cancellation and a refund at support @ flavors.me. Domain purchases cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed.

Automatic Renewal

Domains are automatically renewed one year after the initial purchase date by default. To cancel automatic yearly renewal of the domain, please follow both steps below, well before the renewal date:

1) Log in with your Tucows/OpenSRS credentials at https://manage.opensrs.net/ and turn off automatic renewal in your domain's settings.

2) Follow our subscription cancellation instructions to cancel the subscription within the payment method used to process the order via Flavors (PayPal, Google Checkout or Amazon Payments).

Using A Domain for Another Service

Domains purchased via Flavors can be used for another service if desired. If you would like to continue to own the domain name, but do not wish to use it for Flavors, you can manage your domain's DNS settings at https://manage.opensrs.net/.
