Is there a way to rename the "services" that I add/link to in my sidebar?

Hi there, I'd like to know if I can make up my own names for my "services" instead of their default names. For example, I'm a music supervisor and I plan to upload some of my reels to vimeo. I'd like to then ad that vimeo service in my sidebar so that people can see my reals on my flavors page. However, I want people to know that they are clicking in my reel not just a vimeo link. Is there a way I can have it say something like "Mike's reels" instead of vimeo? Or for that matter "Work History" instead of Linkedin?
